Everyone loves to have the perfect neutral outfit for all their spring and summer activities. Whether casual or collected, there is much thought into making an all neutral outfit work. All white outfits are not my thing, they seem very try hard and end up looking more on the tacky side instead of looking cool and well dressed. I like to use off white neutrals to make a well put together, very casual outfit that seems like you just “threw this on”, or so we want people to believe. Using different shades of off white, pearl, ivory, etc. makes the outfit stand out more in terms of detail. This method creates a blend of the shades making it very easy to pull off and look very expensive without having to spend the major dollars for one outfit. The key to creating a neutral outfit is pairing the shades of the clothing with shades of accessories such as, shoes, watches, rings, belts, bracelets, necklaces, and of course sunglasses! Be sure to pick shades of accessories that match the outfit or compliment it. If you wear a rose gold watch then you are not going to wear a yellow gold ring. Think about what you are trying to create with a neutral outfit and don’t listen to people who say your belt needs to match your shoes. This is fashion, have some fun!
