New York City has experienced a quite mild winter this year, leaving us all so inspired for Spring and even more importantly, we are all so ready for our sun and sixty degree weather. I have really been starting to mix earth tones into my outfits lately, which is new for me. I used to completely turn my head to greens, but now I have started to accept them and mix them into my everyday outfits. I am a sucker for the unique details of any garment, so these cargo looking pants stole my heart the moment I saw them. I fell in love with the cargo style pockets, exterior pocket flaps, and the long cuffs at the hem that I chose to double cuff and create a cool layer style.
The t-shirt has a heavy heather knit, giving it a firm structure, and it is accented with a white corded detail lining up the side seams and across the chest. My instant thought was that I absolutely needed it. I wanted to give an urban feeling with this outfit, but still express the natural and organic feeling of the colors and garments. The details are below. 🙂
